Share these guidelines with your contractor before they begin designing your stand

Is there a deadline to book a booth?

Our show floor is first-come, first-serve until we sell out of booth space.

Where can I check booth availability?

The live interactive Floor Plan is available on our website - the blue booths are available.

What are the available sponsorship opportunities?

Do you provide attendee lists?

As per our company’s data policies, we do not provide any attendee lists. Please also be aware that there are a number of fraudulent companies that claim to sell Seatrade Cruise Global attendee databases, and in no way are we affiliated with these companies.

Are there private meeting rooms available at the Convention Center?

We do have private meeting rooms available for rental on a limited basis for exhibiting and/or sponsoring companies, please contact the sales team for more information. If you do not have a stand and wish to rent a room, you must meet the minimum sponsorship requirement to qualify.
