We want to draw your attention to a number of emails that appear to be targeting exhibitors and attendees of Seatrade Cruise events. These emails falsely purport to offer copies of our database of attendee contact details for recent Seatrade Cruise events. Seatrade Cruise events are a part of Informa Markets and organised by Informa Princeton LLC. Informa Markets is continually working to reduce the risk to our exhibitors of fraudulent activity.
Informa Markets is not in any way associated with the sender of these emails and does not engage in the sale or trade of any of its customer lists whether exhibitor, sponsor or attendee. We are taking all available steps to investigate and minimize these spurious emails, but it is almost impossible to eliminate this risk entirely, as the emails come from numerous sources and, often, cannot be traced.
In addition, Seatrade Cruise has NOT appointed any company to call you directly and sell attendee lists. If you have any concerns regarding any emails you receive that purport to offer Informa data for sale, please contact us at customersuccess@seatradecruise.com.

Seatrade Cruise Med takes place 16–17 September 2026 from 09:30–18:30 each day at Santa Catalina Terminal, Las Palmas Cruise Port, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
Review the full list of exhibitor deadlines here: Med 2026 exhibitor deadlines. Please complete mandatory tasks as early as possible, especially contractor nomination, stand approvals, freight bookings and catering orders.
- Digital Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM): exhibitor registration, mandatory forms, contractor nomination and operational tasks.
- 4foreverything Virtual Shop: furniture, graphics, AV, electricity, internet and other stand services.

Log in to the Digital ESM and select Exhibitor Registration under the Tasks tab. The logistics contact can also add other users who need access. Register your team as early as possible.
- Wednesday 16 September: 08:00–18:30.
- Thursday 17 September: 08:30–18:30.
- All exhibitors, visitors and contractors must show valid photo ID and wear their badge while inside the event.

- 2.5 m perimeter walls and a nameboard on each open side.
- Grey carpet.
- 1 x 300W socket per stand.
- 1 LED spotlight per 3 sqm of stand space.
- 2 conference chairs, 1 round table and 1 waste bin.
Shell Scheme stands are available from 08:00 on Tuesday 15 September. Additional furniture, graphics, electricity, AV and internet can be ordered separately.
- Contractor nomination is mandatory and must be completed in the Digital ESM by 24 July 2026.
- The nominated contractor must submit the stand design, method statement and risk assessment to Abraxys by 7 August 2026.
- A Permission to Build must be issued before construction begins onsite.
- Rigging is not permitted at this venue.
Use the 4foreverything Virtual Shop for furniture, graphics, electricity, AV, internet and other stand services. You must be the logistics contact or have been granted access. If an item is not listed, email 4foreverything with the exhibitor name, stand number, quantities and specifications. Contact: seatrade@4foreverything.com
Order all electrical services through 4foreverything. Space Only stands ordering electricity require a raised platform for cable management. Please ensure your contractor includes the platform within the stand design submitted to Abraxys.
EFI Logistics is the official freight and onsite lifting provider. Freight bookings are due by 17 August 2026. Late submissions may lead to customs delays, additional costs or items not arriving before build-up. Exhibitors and contractors may not operate or hire their own forklifts within the venue.

Submit catering requests through the catering order form by 1 September 2026. Catering is not confirmed until payment is received; the payment deadline is 10 September 2026. The venue caterer has exclusivity, so any outside food, beverage or sampling request must be approved in writing in advance.

- Space Only build-up: Saturday 12 September through Tuesday 15 September, 08:00–18:00 each day.
- Shell Scheme access: Tuesday 15 September from 08:00.
- All construction must be completed by 17:00 on Tuesday 15 September, with stand dressing completed by 18:00.
- Breakdown: Thursday 17 September, 19:00–22:00, and Friday 18 September, 08:00–12:00 for Space Only contractors.
- No stand material may be removed before the organiser announces the start of breakdown.
- Complete the On-Stand Activities Form in the Digital ESM by 1 September 2026.
- Submission is mandatory for demonstrations, presentations, sampling and other special activities.

Log in to the Exhibitor Resource Centre to update your company profile, logo and listing and access available exhibitor resources.
Matchmaking opens on August 17th. An email will be sent to all registered participants from seatrade-cruise@app.eventware.com to get started. Complete your company and personal profiles when the platform opens, so you can request and accept meetings before the event.
All Attendee and Exhibitors pass holders are welcome to attend the following events. Your badge is your ticket for entry. Please pick up your badges on Tuesday!
- A Night at the Terminal Grand Opening: Tuesday 15 September, 19:00–23:00.
- Seatrade Cruise Med Welcome Reception and Seatrade Cruise Awards: Wednesday 16 September, 19:00–00:00.
- Sail Away Party: Thursday 17 September, 16:30–18:30.
