An Overview of Scheduled Experiences
On day 2, The Wellness Oasis becomes a hub of movement, recovery, and nutrition innovation, showcasing how cruise lines can help guests and crew feel stronger, healthier, and more energized at sea. We will start with breathwork in the Reset Pod before a journaling session in the Culture Corner, followed by a demo in the Lab, maybe a sound bath or sampling, and of course, a movement session in the Mat, rounding out the day with a reflection workshop in the Culture Corner.
The Wellness Oasis on day 3 focuses on ritual, connection, and inspiration, sending attendees home recharged and ready to carry wellness innovation back to their ships, brands, and teams. We will start with Yoga/gratitude flow in the Mat, followed by breathwork in the Reset Pod, cultural rituals and creative sessions in the Culture Corner and rounding out the experience with a closing reflection in the Reset Pod.
