Accessibility at Seatrade Cruise Global

We use a translation platform which provides audio translation, captions, subtitles and transcription across the show floor. 

We urge exhibitors to install ramps for visitors to access their stands if they are building platforms.

The event takes place over three floors and will be fully accessible by wheelchair. Seating areas will also be available throughout.

ADA-recognised services animals are welcome at the Miami Beach Convention Center, provided they are leashed or under similar control. The owner must take full responsibility of their animal.

Disabled parking spots are located on the rooftop parking garage.

Wheelchairs and a small number of electronic scooters are available free of charge at the Concierge Desk.

Qualified first aid staff are available at the event.

We have a prayer room/mothers nursing room at the venue.
