To add the Penang Excursion to your Seatrade Cruise Asia booking, first complete your registration and wait for your confirmation email. Once you receive the confirmation email, look for the 'Add-On' option included in the email and follow the prompts to complete payment and add the excursion to your booking. If you've received your promotional code, simply register here. Input the promo code in the box at the top of registration to make the Cruise Line Executive Pass available to book. If you are eligible for a complimentary pass but haven't received a code, email events@seatradecruise.com.
If you are Media or a Cruise Line Executive & eligible for a complimentary pass but haven't received a code, email events@seatradecruise.com.
Anyone who lives in Malaysia can book this pass. An ID number is required at registration and proof of identity must be brought onsite.

For those seeking the complete experience, the Penang Excursion can be added to any pass type for an additional $450. First complete your registration for Seatrade Cruise Asia and wait for your confirmation email. Once you receive the confirmation email, look for the 'Add-On' option included in the email and follow the prompts to complete payment and add the excursion to your booking. If you have any questions, please email us on events@seatradecruise.com.
If you need to cancel your registration you may do so for a full refund, less a $200 non-refundable service charge, until 30 October 2026. Please send your cancellation in writing to events@seatradecruise.com. Registrants who do not cancel in writing by the published date will be charged and will be liable for the full registration fee. Cancellation requests after 30 October 2026 cannot be processed. If you are unable to participate in the event, we recommend sending an associate in your place. To change badge holder information, please email events@seatradecruise.com.
