Exhibitor Timetables
Build Up
Important Notice:
- All stand construction must be complete by 17:00 on Tuesday 13 September 2022, including removal of all stand material out of hte halls and loading bays.
- Stand dressing and exhibit setup should be completed by 20:00 on Tuesday 13 September 2022.
- Any stands not completed by the above times will be subject to a late working fine.
Registration Desk Timings
Important Notice:
- For security purposes, all Visitors, Exhibitors and Contractors are required to register. Badges are required to be worn at all times on the exhibition floor.
- Online pre-registration will be available soon.
- On arrival, all Visitors, Exhibitors and Contractors are required to provide valid ID (driver's license, CPR or passport, etc.) for security purposes.
Exhibition Open Period
Important Notice:
- Power supply to all stands must be switched on 30 minutes before show open and must be switched off 30 minutes after the show closes every day. If power is required beyond this, 24 hour power must be ordered from the official contractor.
- Contractors can enter the halls during the show open days be 08:00 - 09:30. They must have a maintenance badge to have access to the hall.
- Exhibitors can enter the halls from 08:30 on show open days.
Breakdown
Important Notice:
- No exhibits or stand materials are to be removed before the start of breakdwon has been publically announced by the organiser.
- Exhibits cannot be removed or dismantled before the close of teh show. or until the halls are clear of all visitors.
- Acces for Space-Only contractors is approximate; they will be held at t he marshalling gate until venue rigging services, aisle carpet removal and empty boxes / crates have been delivered to stands.
- Exhibitors are advised not to leave their stand unattendeded at any time during breakdown.
- It is the Exhibitor's reponsibility to remove all stand materials, carpet tape, packaging and waste from the alls. Please note that charges will be levied for the removal of any discarded items.
- The organiser and the venue are not held responsible for any items left in the halls or loading bays overnight or beyond Friday 16 September 2022.

Their current activities cover companies throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia. The guides target companies by offering a "free company listing" that once a company fills out, binds them to a three-year agreement with the guides. These companies are in no way affiliated with Informa or our events.
