*Delegates will be charged 21% Spanish VAT. The only exception is for those Spanish delegates with a Spanish address and VAT number who will be charged 0% VAT.

If you register two or more people from the same company for in-person Conference passes, you could save hundreds of euros per pass. The more the merrier!
2-3: Save €100 per person
4-9: Save €200 per person
10+: Save €300 per person
(1) For Conference Passes - 09 August / €200 Cancellation Fee. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration you may do so for a full refund, less a €200 nonrefundable service charge, until 09 August 2024. Please send your cancellation in writing to events@seatradecruise.com. Registrants who do not cancel in writing by the published date will be charged and will be liable for the full registration fee. Cancellation requests after 09 August 2024 cannot be processed. If you are unable to participate in the event, we recommend sending an associate in your place. To change badge holder information, please email events@seatradecruise.com.
