How to Use the Matchmaking Platform

Register for the event via the ERC and you will receive an email from [email protected] to set up your profile within 24 hours

Log in, set up your profile and start searching! Search for cruise lines or use the "find people" tab

How do I log in to the Vendor Resource Centre?

Log in to the Vendor Resource Centre >>

To get started, go to Vendor Centre and enter your email address. If it is your first time logging in*, you will receive an email from [email protected] (subject line “Access Granted”) with a link to set your password

Please note: If you would like to add additional team members to have access to the Exhibitor Resource Center, the Logistics contact will need to add them  as Users with the ability to edit. Please keep in mind that this does not grant you a Badge Registration.

Can we use extra tables/furnishings?

You can order Furnishing and extra tables with ExpoCCI our general contractor for the show. Please review the catalogue here: F&B Supplier Manual

How do I register?

Registration is done directly in Your Vendor Resource Centre. If you are the logistic contact or user please Log in to the Vendor Resource Centre >>

How many samples should I expect to pass out daily?

We suggest having enough samples for 800 people per day. However, this number may vary depending on the nature of your product.

Can I cook in my stand / activation?

It depends on how! We cannot have any open flames, deep fryers, or grills on the show floor. However, all other cooking appliances are permitted. We have two washing stations on the show floor that also have prep tables that you can use for any kitchen prep. If your product requires the use of one of the non-allowed cooking appliances, please contact event management, and we can assist you with finding a workaround.

Can I fry food inside?

No, if you require a deep fryer please contact event management. We do allow air fryers.

Is electricity included?

No, electricity is not included in any of our spaces. If you require any form of electricity, please contact Edlen through our exhibitor manual.

There is no in and out access to the hall after 5 pm during move-in.

All booths must be in place and all materials must be uncrated with empty containers tagged for removal by 5 pm on Tuesday 9 April 2024.  Please note that overtime labor rates start at 4 pm

Can I display my own graphics?

Yes, we only ask that you do not bring any pop-up banners as they are not allowed at the show.

Is there a place to refrigerate my food/beverage?

Yes, we have a refrigerator truck available onsite and in advance of the show. If you would like to use this service, please refer to our exhibitor manual to order it.

Do you have a freezer?

Yes, we have a refrigerator truck available onsite and in advance of the show. If you would like to use this service, please  complete this form and send to [email protected]

Is there access to washing stations?

Yes, we have two washing stations on the show floor. They are behind booths 16–23 and 24–36.

Is glassware provided?

Glassware is provided for catered events. However, it is not provided for stalls, activations, or sampler village areas.

Where do I park?

Parking locations are available at 508 NW 23RD STREET and 2270 NW 5TH AVE

The discounted DAILY fee is a flat $15.00 + additional fees with the coupon code INFOSTAFF. This code will be active for the duration of the venue rental from 4/08 at 6 am until 4/12 at midnight. Please note that exhibitors will need to pay and input the code every day.

Parking is also available in the main lot; however, regular fees will apply.

Is there a place to donate samples after the show?

Yes, we have partnered with Feeding South Florida. They will be onsite next to the staff office if you would like to donate any leftover product after the show. Additionally, they will be visiting the show floor to introduce themselves.

Supplier Warning

We want to draw your attention to a number of emails that appear to be targeting exhibitors and attendees of Seatrade Cruise events. 
These emails falsely purport to offer copies of our database of attendee contact details for recent Seatrade Cruise events. Seatrade Cruise events are a part of Informa Markets and organised by Informa Princeton LLC. Informa Markets is continually working to reduce the risk to our exhibitors of fraudulent activity.

Informa Markets is not in any way associated with the sender of these emails and does not engage in the sale or trade of any of its customer lists whether exhibitor, sponsor or attendee. 
We are taking all available steps to investigate and minimize these spurious emails, but it is almost impossible to eliminate this risk entirely, as the emails come from numerous sources and, often, cannot be traced.

In addition, Seatrade Cruise has NOT appointed any company to call you directly and sell attendee lists.
