Departing from the Delta Hotel at 09:30, the tour will start at Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal, the busiest international homeport in the region. Wusongkou is situated in the northern part of Shanghai, at the confluence of Huangpu River and Yangtze River. It is one of the most advanced passenger terminals in the world, and will make Shanghai the first Chinese mainland city with berths for large international cruises. The cruise terminal has a four-storey building for cruise ticketing, waiting and customs (with immigration procedures taking only 48 seconds), and other facilities spread over 300,000m2, including shopping streets, hotels, office buildings, apartments and art centres.
The tour will then visit Wendao Garden, a national 4A cultural tourism spot. It is a 4-star leisure agricultural demonstration park, and one of the largest gardens that features art and culture in Shanghai. The park is equipped with Alpine Garden, Ancient Stone Carving Museum, Master Painting and Calligraphy Studio, Changfeng Academy, and Yihe Pool. It is a recreational space that features traditional Chinese culture such as Zen tea and the culture of agarwood.
Lunch will be included in the tour
