Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal & The Museum of Shanghai International Folk Arts

9:00 - 14:00 | Fam Trip Option 1

Departing from the Delta Hotel at 09:30, the tour will start at Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal, the busiest international homeport in the region. Wusongkou is situated in the northern part of Shanghai, at the confluence of Huangpu River and Yangtze River. It is one of the most advanced passenger terminals in the world, and will make Shanghai the first Chinese mainland city with berths for large international cruises. The cruise terminal has a four-storey building for cruise ticketing, waiting and customs (with immigration procedures taking only 48 seconds), and other facilities spread over 300,000m2, including shopping streets, hotels, office buildings, apartments and art centres.

The second stop of the tour is The Museum of Shanghai International Folk Arts - the first exhibition hall in Shanghai that features specifically non-tangible cultural heritage, which is also the biggest of its kind in China. The folk culture also reflects on the museum’s architectural design as it looks like a ‘Chinese Knot’.

Lunch will be included in the tour
