Cancellation Policy
(1) For Conference Passes - 09 October / $200 Cancellation Fee. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration you may do so for a full refund, less a $200 nonrefundable service charge, until 09 October 2024. Please send your cancellation in writing to [email protected]. Registrants who do not cancel in writing by the published date will be charged and will be liable for the full registration fee. Cancellation requests after 09 October 2024 cannot be processed. If you are unable to participate in the event, we recommend sending an associate in your place. To change badge holder information, please email [email protected].
