What is included in the standard Conference Package?

This is for one person and includes the following:

  • Access to the regional Summit Session on day 1
  • Welcome reception & networking dinner for all Summit and conference participants on day 1
  • Access to all conference sessions on day 2
  • Lunch and refreshments on days 1 and 2
  • Access to speaker presentations after the event
What is included in the Pop-Up Display & Conference package?

This package is for 2 people and includes:

  • Access to the regional Summit Session on day 1
  • Welcome reception & networking dinner for all Summit and conference participants on day 1
  • Access to all conference sessions on day 2
  • Lunch and refreshments on days 1 and 2
  • Access to speaker presentations after the event
  • Display table with room for pop-up display on day 1 and 2. Located where all refreshments are served.
  • 1 hour networking session with cruise line executives
  • 50-word company profile with company logo and contact details in the official programme
  • 200 word entry and logo on the event website

Can I take part in the workshop sessions?

The workshop sessions are reserved for regional ports and tourism authorites only.

Can I attend the regional summit on day one?

This package is for 3 people and includes:

  • 20 minute meeting slots with individual cruise line executives on the afternoon of day 1 (3 people may attend this)
