Date & Opening Hours

When is Seatrade Cruise Asia 2016?

Seatrade Cruise Asia will take place from 12-13 May 2016. The exhibition will be open on Thursday 12 May and Friday 13 May for trade professionals will also be open on Saturday 14 May for the general public. 

We recommend that you arrive in Busan in time for the Seatrade Cruise Asia Welcome Reception which will take place on Wednesday 11 May, in the evening.  This is a perfect opportunity to network with industry peers in a relaxed setting (available to conference delegates and exhibitors).

The conference sessions will run from Thursday 12 May to Friday 13 May. Please note that there will be no conference sessions taking place on Saturday 14 May.

What are the exhibition opening hours?
  • Thursday 12 May 2016: 0930-1700 hrs
  • Friday 13 May 2016: 0930-1700 hrs
  • Saturday 14 May 2016: 0930-1500 hrs (the exhibition will be open to the general public on this day)

What is included in the basic shell scheme package ?

Per 9sqm you will receive:

  • White stand walls
  • Fascia board with company name in English and stand number
  • Blue carpet
  • Stand cleaning
  • 3 spotlights
  • 1 x 1KW socket
  • 1 table
  • 2 chairs

What else do I receive as an exhibitor?

ALL exhibitors receive the following:

  • One complimentary conference delegate place inclusive of the social programme
  • 1 year subscription will commence with March2016 issue of Seatrade Cruise Review per  invoiced company
  • 50 word company description and logo within the exhibition catalogue
  • Company listing on the dedicated event website www.seatrade-cruiseasia.com
  • 6 exhibitor badges per 9sqm stand
  • Preferential rates on advertising

How many invitations will I receive for the social programme events?

Each exhibitor will be allocated one ticket for the social programme events. More details will be sent to exhibitors nearer the time.
